Requirements

  • Master's or MBA degree with a focus in human resources or IO Psychology from an accredited institution with graduation date before August of 2026
  • Minimum of one prior internship or work experience in a Human Resources function or an equivalent of 3 months of Human Resource work experience completed at the time of this application
  • Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States

  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

  • Adapt quickly to different environments: Cross-business, Union/Non-Union, Legacy Eaton/Acquisition sites, etc.
  • Influence & partner with functional & business leaders though exposure to a variety of Eaton processes.
  • Work directly with Eaton’s best Plant HR leaders who serve as Assignment Managers.
  • Network with a close-knit network of HRDP peers & alumni.
  • Prepare to take on a HR leadership role within Eaton including Lead HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, HR Manager, and other roles as identified by the business needs and individual performance.
