About The Position

Givaudan is hiring highly motivated 2025 chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering graduates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP), serving locations including Florence, Kentucky. The 18–24 month program combines structured learning and development, on-the-job training, project management opportunities, and preparation for a leadership role in a people-oriented production environment. Associates must be open to relocation during the program and upon graduation, including assignments at other Givaudan sites, and must complete an international rotational assignment. The program includes 10–12 months of operations rotations across areas such as production, quality control, warehouse and distribution, production planning and scheduling, plant maintenance, regional engineering, and quality/industrialization. Associates also manage or participate in projects, develop advanced people-leadership skills, and take responsibility for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day tactical operation of a department. The program includes an international rotation of approximately one month.
