About The Position

Givaudan Flavors Corporation is hiring highly motivated graduates in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). The 18–24-month rotational program combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. It is designed for graduates who want to apply technical and problem-solving skills in a people-oriented production environment and develop toward leadership roles. Associates complete approximately 10–12 months of operations rotations, with opportunities across areas such as production, quality control, warehouse and distribution, production planning and scheduling, plant maintenance, regional engineering, and quality/industrialization. Each rotation includes a departmental sponsor or learning leader. Associates also complete approximately nine months of cross-functional exposure to areas outside manufacturing, which may include safety, operational accounting, HR, flavor creation, science and technology, sales, customer care, regulatory, regional supply chain, and samples. Throughout the program, associates manage or participate in projects, develop advanced people-leadership skills, and transition toward a leadership role. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the tactical day-to-day operation of a department. The program also includes an international rotation of approximately one month. Positions are available in Cincinnati, Ohio; Florence, Kentucky; Chicago, Illinois; Lakeland, Florida; and East Hanover, New Jersey. Successful candidates must be open to relocation during the program and after graduation, including for rotations at other Givaudan locations.
