About The Position

Givaudan’s Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is an 18–24 month rotational program for highly motivated engineering graduates. It combines structured learning and development, on-the-job training, project management opportunities, and leadership development. The program is designed for graduates who want to apply technical and problem-solving skills in a people-oriented production environment and develop toward a leadership role. Associates complete approximately 10–12 months of operations rotations and nine months of cross-functional exposure. Operations rotations may include production, quality control, warehouse and distribution, production planning and scheduling, plant maintenance, regional engineering, and quality or industrialization. Cross-functional opportunities may include safety, operational accounting, HR, flavor creation, science and technology, sales, customer care, regulatory, regional supply chain, and samples. Associates manage or participate in projects throughout the program, develop advanced people-leadership skills, and take responsibility for supervising and coordinating day-to-day departmental operations. The program also includes an international rotation of approximately one month. The posting identifies positions in several U.S. locations, including East Hanover, New Jersey, and states that successful candidates must be willing to relocate for assignments at other Givaudan sites during the program and after graduation, and to complete an international rotation.
