Givaudan•Cincinnati, OH

About The Position

Givaudan Flavors Corporation is hiring 2025 chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering graduates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP), with an opportunity in the East Hanover, New Jersey area. The 18–24 month rotational program combines structured learning and development, on-the-job training, and project management opportunities. It is intended for graduates who want to apply technical and problem-solving skills toward leadership in a people-oriented production environment. Candidates must be open to relocation during the program and after graduation, since some rotations take place at other Givaudan locations, and must complete an international rotational assignment. The program includes 10–12 months of operations rotations across areas such as production, quality control, warehouse and distribution, production planning and scheduling, plant maintenance, regional engineering, and quality/industrialization. Associates receive oversight and training from a departmental sponsor or learning leader during each rotation. A further nine months provides cross-functional exposure to areas such as safety, operational accounting, human resources, flavor creation, science and technology, sales, customer care, regulatory, regional supply chain, and samples. Associates also manage or participate in projects, develop leadership skills, and transition toward supervising and coordinating the tactical day-to-day operation of a department. The program includes a one-month international rotation.
