About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Operations Lead to join our production team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading others to success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and motivate team members while promoting a safe work environment.
• Assist with coordinating daily workflow and meeting production goals.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports using Microsoft Office.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
