About The Position

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Plover, WI. In this role, you will support production operations by packing products, preparing boxes, identifying quality defects, and assisting with various production line duties. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work around moving conveyor belts and forklift traffic
• Comfortable walking on wet or slippery surfaces
• Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and other physical movements required
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and remove defective products
• Pack products and prepare boxes for shipment
• Stack cartons and groom products on the production line
• Weigh and load boxes for shipping
• Supply materials to production lines, including cartons, tape guns, and gloves
• Provide break coverage in palletization areas
• Use plastic scrapers to separate products on shaker tables
• Assist with basic equipment assembly using hand tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
