We’re hiring an Operations Lead & Labourer to drive performance in the field. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership and customer interaction.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example in a physical role (lifting 50+ lbs consistently)
- Results-driven and team-oriented
- Valid class 5 driver’s license (clean 3 year driving record) & 19+
Responsibilities
- Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Provide on-site estimates and close sales
- Deliver top-tier customer experiences
- Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field
- Train and support team members
- Safely lift, load, and remove items
- Hit daily performance and revenue targets
Benefits
- $28-$35/hr average (Base $20/hr+ Ops Bonus + Profit Share + Tips)
