Requirements

Comfortable using common hand tools and accurately reading tape measurements in feet, inches, and sixteenths.
Able to understand and follow written job instructions.
Clear communicator in both spoken and written formats.
Dependable team contributor with a strong commitment to safety.
Organized, attentive to detail, and able to stay productive throughout the shift.
Open to learning new skills and offering suggestions that support ongoing improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Prepare the workstation at the start of each assignment in coordination with the Team Leader.
Construct trusses in line with company standards and training.
Monitor the quality of materials, tools, and completed work, reporting any problems as needed.
Keep the area neat and orderly during operations and before leaving for the day.
Follow proper safety practices when using equipment and machinery.
