About The Position

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to: Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence. Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest. Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships. Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership. Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together. Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
