This program is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to take the first step toward leadership. Through hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, the OLIT will build confidence, judgment, and business acumen, preparing them for the Operations Lead role with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
