Join our Mission Systems Division as a strategic change agent, leading lean deployment across our Woburn, MA facility while supporting operations in Whippany, NJ. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Process Improvement, you’ll architect and implement site-wide lean manufacturing systems that deliver linkage, flow, and flawless execution—meeting customer demand at the lowest cost with perfect quality.
