The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. This program is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to take the first step toward leadership. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver an unforgettable customer experience, lead daily operations with purpose, grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships, take on new challenges with curiosity, and work as one team. Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
