About The Position

Crane Company has delivered innovative and technology-led solutions to its customers since its founding in 1855. Today, Crane is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered components for process flow industry end markets. The Operations team oversees turning raw materials into high-quality finished products safely, efficiently, and on time. They manage day-to-day production, ensure quality standards are met, and continuously improve processes to keep work running smoothly. This role is located at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).

Requirements

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
• AutoCAD or Creo Skills.
• Understanding of process & product specifications.
• Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with improvement projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze operational data.
• Attend and interact in team meetings.
• Problem solve individually, and with production and engineering teams.
