Responsibilities
- Grow and build relationships with professional drivers
- Work in a team setting to find creative solutions to operational challenges
- Maintain, schedule and dispatching for drivers
- Learn different fleets to cover various Driver Manager desk functions
- Audit drivers pay requests and manage missing paperwork
- Assist in coaching drivers to develop skills and relationships
- Use your attention to detail and follow through to ensure our team is successfully meeting on time delivery.
- Navigate through multiple systems to keep operations running smoothly.
