About The Position

TypeSafe is a frontier model lab focused on building reliable and general AI systems for economically valuable automation. The company's mission is to usher in a new era of Transformative Artificial Intelligence (TAI). They are building a new kind of general frontier model designed for real-world reliability, decision-making, and autonomy in production. The team consists of individuals from OpenAI, Google Brain, and Meta/FAIR, backed by top-tier investors. This role is for a founding Operations lead who will partner with the founders, tackling ambiguous, high-stakes problems across Go-To-Market (GTM) and product strategy. The individual will execute the GTM strategy and act as a versatile business generalist in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Understand and follow the AI industry and understand both the joys and the limitations of current-generation LLM models

3+ years of professional expertise in high-performing teams, including under shifting and ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

Sourcing and qualifying leads for potential customers and strategic partnerships
Supporting closing deals and driving sales cycles forward (e.g. participating in sales calls; pursuing customers; answering questions)
Developing, executing, and maintaining sales automations and systems
Maintaining relationships with existing TypeSafe customers
Helping organize TypeSafe’s presence, and represent the company and product, at conferences and events targeted at business audiences
Jumping in on any number of strategic priorities to support go-to-market
