Operations & Facilities Assistant

REEKON ToolsBoston, MA

About The Position

This role is divided into two main areas: physical product handling and facility upkeep. The product side involves packing and shipping outbound samples, receiving and inspecting returned units against a checklist. While no prior construction or hardware experience is needed, the job requires someone who is careful, detail-oriented, and willing to perform essential, less glamorous tasks diligently. Accuracy in processing returns and organizing shipments is crucial for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The work is straightforward and well-documented, with the emphasis on consistent, correct execution.
