Requirements

Experience in a data center, critical infrastructure, industrial, utility, healthcare, or other mission-critical environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, backup power systems, and HVAC equipment.
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Experience with commissioning, preventive maintenance, and reliability-focused operations.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment alarms and incidents.
Support switchgear, UPS systems, generators, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, pumps, and controls systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities and track asset performance.
Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO requirements.
