About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The Operations Expert will support the in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise-flow processes and helping ensure products are available and properly sized. The role also supports customers on the sales floor and at checkout, and works with stockroom associates and Sales Associates to maintain efficient store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards.
• Replenish product as needed.
• Process freight and sensor product.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient stockroom for merchandise processing from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Provide checkout support to customers as needed.
• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately.
• Share information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Assist with product launches and changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Help customers on the sales floor locate products and/or online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
