About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The position is with Express at the Palm Beach Outlets.

The Operations Expert supports a strong in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise-flow processes and helping ensure products are available and properly sized. The role also supports customers and store associates across stockroom operations, order fulfillment, product launches, and sales-floor activities.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; at least 6 months of experience is required.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards.
• Replenish products as needed.
• Process freight and sensor products.
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized to support safe and efficient movement of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Provide checkout support to customers as needed.
• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to support customer satisfaction.
• Share information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates with onboarding and training.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Help customers on the sales floor locate products and/or online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
