About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Operations Expert will help provide a great in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise-flow processes and ensuring products are available and properly sized. The role also supports customers on the sales floor and at checkout, helps maintain stockroom operations, and contributes to customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; at least 6 months of experience.
• Meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards.
• Replenish product as needed.
• Process freight and sensor product.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to support safe, efficient merchandise processing from stockroom to sales floor.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Provide checkout support to customers as needed.
• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately.
• Share information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Assist with product launches and changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Help customers on the sales floor locate products and online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
