Manages business operations of selected primary care practices and/or other specialty or sub-specialties. Provides market level leadership responsible for operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience: Required
Fifteen years' related experience: Preferred
Ten years' leadership experience: Preferred

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree: Preferred

Responsibilities

Oversees hospital operations.
Manages, directs, and leads market level leadership to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Develops, directs and implements plans to ensure business objectives for the hospital are achieved.
Develops and implements operations plans and objectives, coordinates care, services, and programming to achieve objectives at the market level.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Develops/monitors/maintains FTE, capital, and operational budgets.
Reviews department systems, concerns, budgets, and goals with physicians, including cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
