About The Position

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking exceptional Undergraduate and Graduate level Engineering students for entry-level Engineering opportunities in Operations (Manufacturing & Engineering). The Operations function is comprised of four unique focus areas: Manufacturing, Maintenance, Environmental, Health, & Safety Operations (EH&S), and Emergency Services, & Security (ES&S). The role involves a broad range of responsibilities in various work settings, including chemical plant safety and environmental performance, process operation, optimization, modification, maintenance, and technology implementation. Engineers will use sound technical judgment to enable safe and efficient plant operations, combining world-class expertise, future-focused technologies, and sustainability to solve global issues. This is an early career program designed for individuals early in their professional journey.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering Majors (i.e. Civil/Industrial/Materials).
  • A Graduation date of no later than September 2027.
  • Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis.
  • No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
  • No more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation.

Nice To Haves

  • A preferred GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) at your current university.
  • Enrolled in an ABET accredited program.

  • Electrical instrumentation troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Motor control.
