About The Position

The Operations Development Program (ODP) is a two-year rotational training experience designed to accelerate the development of early career talent and create a pipeline of Operations leaders. Participants will rotate through three, eight-month assignments to build leadership and functional skills within the business. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, a curiosity about manufacturing, and a passion for solving real-world problems through innovation, collaboration, and hands-on learning. After successful completion of the ODP, participants will transition into a position that aligns their skill sets with the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or previous work experience).
• Ability to manage through challenging and difficult situations.
• Passion for problem solving, utilizing lean manufacturing principles to drive improvement, and working cross functionally with others.
• Demonstration of good oral and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A strong commitment to a career in Operations.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute 3, eight-month rotations to build leadership and functional skills through experiential and formal learning.
• Program rotations include three of the following: Production Area Manager, Engineering (Manufacturing, Quality, or Advanced Manufacturing), Continuous Improvement (Operations or Business Process), Procurement (Buyer or Commodity Manager).
