Requirements

  • An associate’s degree (or higher) and a strong desire to grow your career
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to listen actively
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • A fast-learning, adaptable mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities
  • A collaborative, ownership‑driven attitude and openness to feedback
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!)
  • Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
  • Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
  • Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
  • Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
  • Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential
