About The Position

The Van Drunen Family of Companies is growing and is seeking an Operations Coordinator. This role provides administrative and operational support to the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Agriculture teams. The position involves managing schedules, meetings, and communications, including preparing agendas, presentations, and tracking action items. It also serves as an administrator for the CMMS system (Fiix), supporting audits, procedures, and data accuracy. The coordinator will organize and maintain digital records, SOPs, and operational documentation across systems like SharePoint, analyze and compile data for reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support decision-making, and coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings with teams like Quality, Finance, and IT. Additionally, the role identifies process improvements and helps streamline workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, operations, or analytical support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data, reports, or dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma required
