About The Position

Supports program leadership team in operational, clerical and organizational processes.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in a coordinator capacity required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the hiring process, including working with HR to direct applicant flow, scheduling interviews, conducting applicant screenings, submitting requisitions, verifying accuracy of posted positions, reviewing and updating master position listings, and tracking/supporting retention activities for newly hired staff.
  • Greets new staff and ensures they receive their training and work schedule for their first 90 days.
  • Tracks the prompt completion of 30/60/90 day checks.
  • Oversees the electronic tracking of staff trainings and compliance with recertifications.
  • Assists with disseminating information related to training, certification, and recertification, and helps coordinate sessions.
  • Thoroughly and accurately completes all actions related to Timekeeping, including reviewing daily time and attendance, adjusting time as needed per regulations and policies, communicating with program managers for accuracy of overtime and department transfers/allocations, and consistently meeting closing deadlines for payroll processing.
