About The Position

Dash Courier & Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily dispatch operations, customer service, internal systems, and compliance functions across the business. This hands-on role works directly with the EVP of Operations and serves as a key support resource for operations, technology, and compliance across all markets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across dispatch, systems support, customer communication, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills are , and experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, Azure, computer networking, and systems support is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies or DUI's in the past 7 years.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dispatch operations by assigning orders to contractors, monitoring active deliveries, communicating throughout the order lifecycle, and resolving service issues as they arise.
  • Support customer service and order entry by handling phone and email requests, entering and managing orders in Xcelerator, providing quotes and service recommendations, and following through on status updates and documentation.
  • Provide systems and internal IT support by assisting with user access, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, system setup, networking support, vendor coordination, and the performance of Xcelerator, MobileTek, and related platforms.
  • Help manage compliance and safety processes through Veroot, contractor onboarding, credential tracking, TSA documentation, CAPA follow-up, and maintenance of audit-ready files, vehicle packets, and safety records across all markets.
  • Support business development and reporting through quoting, routing, pricing analysis, Xcelerator data review, and assistance with new customer setups and implementations.
  • Maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation; support onboarding and retraining; and step into Dispatch, CSR, or other operational duties as needed.
