Requirements

  • College credit preferred, experience weighted.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • 3 years + experience in an operations role.
  • Prior Customer Service experience preferred
  • Communication – Ability to ensure information is passed on to others who should be kept informed. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversation and interaction with others. Ability to express oneself clearly in business writing.

  • Walking – Moving about on foot to travel and accomplish tasks, including long distances or site to site.
  • Vision – Visual acuity is required to view a computer terminal and to analyze data.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support - Engage incoming customer inquiries (phone, email, portal), routing them appropriately and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Training Support- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for both in-house and external training events.
  • Provide data based feedback for the team to identify training needs or system improvements.
  • Provide exemplary customer care and interactions.
  • Service Support – Provide quoting, scheduling, work order creation, data entry, scheduling, documentation updates, and workflow organization.
  • All other administrative or general office support related duties as assigned.
