About The Position

LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operations Coordinator to support executive leadership and key operational initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative support, project management, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in supporting the Vice President and cross-functional teams by coordinating projects, developing reports, and improving operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management and multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or GPO environments
  • Certifications such as Lean/Six Sigma, PMP/CAPM, or CAP

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Attend meetings, capture minutes, and distribute documentation
  • Draft correspondence and support executive communications
  • Develop and maintain policies, process flows, and standard work
  • Coordinate departmental training and track completion
  • Create job aids, training materials, and operational documentation
  • Support office operations including supplies, mail, and equipment
  • Develop and distribute executive and departmental reports
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making
  • Perform reconciliations and support financial tracking processes
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead and support projects from initiation through implementation
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track progress
  • Balance operational priorities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
