AvePoint is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support daily business functions and help ensure the smooth operation of our Arlington office while enhancing the overall employee experience. As an Operations Coordinator in our Arlington office, you will play a key role in executing administrative and operational tasks that keep the office running efficiently. You will provide onsite support for both internal and external events, while partnering cross-functionally across departments. You’ll also collaborate with our global operations team to ensure alignment and consistency across regional offices. This is an onsite role, in-office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
