In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Requirements

Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
Fluency in Danish plus excellent English, both written and spoken.
Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish a great advantage.
Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.

Responsibilities

Support members with healthcare and security queries.
Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
