About The Position

Central Utah Informatics (CUI), an innovative informatics organization operating within Revere Health, is looking for an organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to our growing team. If you thrive on turning ambiguity into orderly processes, building intuitive trackers, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and ensuring client commitments never slip through the cracks, this role is built for you. You will have a direct seat at the table with executive leadership, playing a pivotal role in driving client success, streamlining healthcare informatics workflows, and expanding the footprint of our clinical technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, project coordination, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
  • At least two years of demonstrated success in operations coordination, project tracking, client support, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong operational organization skills, with an innate ability to create order through structured documentation, clean tracking routines, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous responsibilities and ensure tasks reach completion without relying on informal memory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical discussions into clear action items with assigned owners and realistic deadlines.
  • Ability to build productive relationships across varied teams, from frontline clinical and administrative staff to senior executives and software engineers.
  • Technologically adept and experienced with productivity platforms, advanced spreadsheet management, Microsoft Teams, and task-tracking tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software platforms and comfortably learn proprietary healthcare informatics applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to the healthcare industry, with practical familiarity in healthcare technology, clinical registries, value-based care, or quality reporting programs.
  • Direct experience supporting customer onboarding, application implementation, workflow redesign, user training, or software pilot initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive client records, tracking active service agreements, renewal milestones, reporting deadlines, and open operational issues.
  • Coordinate proactive client communications, help re-engage past partners, and swiftly escalate at-risk accounts to ensure lasting customer trust.
  • Drive operational visibility across the organization by maintaining organized trackers for recurring responsibilities, project dependencies, and deliverable owners.
  • Coordinate regular team working sessions and synthesize operational updates into concise risk and decision briefings for the CIO and executive leadership.
  • Champion application utilization and customer success by collecting feedback from clinical users, operational leaders, and technical staff to understand how CUI applications fit into day-to-day healthcare workflows.
  • Evaluate adoption barriers, identify whether challenges stem from training, data, or software design, and coordinate targeted training reinforcement and pilot rollouts.
  • Maintain an executive-ready operational dashboard that captures client status, renewals, system utilization metrics, and key milestones in one place.
  • Ensure all operational needs and product enhancement requests are fully scoped, documented, and prioritized before handing them off to technical resources.
