Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience processing payroll, billing, and purchase orders
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer invoicing support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on excellence in Excel applications.
  • Highly dependable for accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Provide strong interpersonal (verbal & written) skills, can communicate effectively with various levels of management.
  • Provide decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Offers excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Payroll and Timecard reporting within company HR system & Excel based templates.
  • Perform timecard audits to ensure exceptions are noted and corrected prior to biweekly payroll submission to include: Audit and report Employee Hours and PO billing reporting – biweekly cycle
  • Resolve weekly Employee timecard errors/exceptions
  • Understand customer contract documents and purchase orders to interpret and apply correct billing requirements.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile payroll records and validate entries for accuracy prior to transmission.
  • Collaborate with corporate and operations team management to resolve billing errors.
  • Provide regular reports and audits on various operations to evaluate processes.
  • Support analysis of business processes and partner with stakeholders to identify optimum solutions.
  • Support facility operations and office administration.
  • Engage in and support CIP strategies and KPI reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
