This position serves as a central point of coordination for facility operations, administrative support, vendor management, and cross-functional communication. The Operations Coordinator partners closely with leadership and departments across the organization to support operational initiatives, maintain workplace standards, coordinate vendors and services, and assist with projects that improve efficiency and employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.
