We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments. This is a remote role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting field teams, leadership, and customers. The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting operational workflows, project coordination, scheduling, reporting, customer communication, and administrative processes across the business. This individual will help ensure projects, systems, and internal processes stay organized and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and customers.
