The Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of Production, Shipping, and Installation by coordinating workflow, maintaining operational systems, tracking production activity, and ensuring accurate communication between departments. This role works closely with the Plant Manager, Team Leads, Project Management, and other departments to help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, safely, and on schedule. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy within M1 and Smartsheet systems while supporting production scheduling, reporting, inventory tracking, shipping coordination, installation logistics, and continuous operational improvement initiatives across the organization.
