About The Position

Watkins is a relationship-driven agency where service, teamwork, and professionalism shape every interaction. We are hiring an Operations Coordinator Administration to support our agency operations and create a welcoming, positive experience for clients, visitors, and employees. In this role, you are the first point of contact and a key part of how our agency runs day to day. You'll manage front desk responsibilities while supporting internal teams with administrative and insurance-related tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn agency operations and the insurance business from the ground up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role
  • Strong professionalism, reliability, and discretion with confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid communication, organization, and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with phone systems and standard office equipment
  • Experience using Applied EPIC

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer and direct calls, and ensure every interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to support daily agency workflows
  • Provide administrative support across departments, including insurance-related tasks and special projects
  • Reserve meeting spaces, order supplies, and support meeting setup to keep the office running smoothly
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, secure, and well-maintained
  • Gather key information to direct clients and inquiries to the right people quickly and accurately
  • Identify ways to improve processes and proactively support overall operations
