Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in implementation, consulting, operations, client success, benefits administration, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Confidence in leading client meetings and presentations.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets, spreadsheets, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client implementations.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in employee benefits as an Account Manager or Benefits Consultant.
  • Experience with HR technology or benefits administration platforms.
  • Familiarity with managing eligibility files, enrollment data, and integrations.
  • Exposure to APIs, data feeds, and implementation project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all client onboarding and implementation activities from kickoff to go-live.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations independently.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations leaders.
  • Provide consultative guidance and proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain a high-touch, client-centric experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Oversee eligibility data collection, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate carrier connections, enrollment feeds, and third-party integrations.
  • Work with APIs, file transfers, spreadsheets, and benefits administration systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate implementation documentation and reporting.
  • Design and document implementation workflows and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Build repeatable processes to enable future growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's implementation strategy and infrastructure.

Benefits
