The Operations Center Operator III is responsible for the successful implementation of iOF/iOC core workflows, monitoring production from a centralized control room, and optimizing operations to achieve LRP production targets. This role involves participating in daily iOF/iOC collaboration meetings, generating recovery plans, work notifications, and material requests. The operator will also assist in project prioritization, ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements, and support production control optimization. Key duties include providing oversight and control of stabilization units, trunk-lines, central facilities, and production control, as well as mobilizing asset optimization efforts. The role also encompasses intelligent alert management, forecast management, and model management. A significant part of the job involves monitoring and optimizing various artificial lift systems, adjusting settings to maintain critical flow rates, and managing results documentation and audits. Communication with MSO regarding work priority changes, tracking production losses, and performing oil truck dispatch and coordination are also essential. The operator will be responsible for product specification optimization, equipment monitoring, and assisting in lease facility operations. They will support the implementation of iOF/iOC production surveillance and optimization plans, provide input to field-wide operating strategy, and report on operations, maintenance, and downhole activities. Troubleshooting operational issues, interfacing with Engineering for data gathering, managing production and downtime events, coordinating well unloading, and updating WellView are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and scheduling batch salt/chemical treatments, ensuring lease wells are produced to maintain leases, assisting in correcting production discrepancies in Avocet, supporting OPEX LRP budget targets, and identifying cost improvement opportunities.
