About The Position

The Operations Associate supports efficient store operations and an exceptional client experience through inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. The role also supports client service, sales goals, inclusive teamwork, and a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, typically 4–14 hours per week, and requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
Assist with visual merchandising, including accurate promotional setups and event execution.
Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
Promote an inclusive, open, and collaborative team culture.
Follow company policies and uphold Sephora standards to help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
