About The Position

The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. The role also supports client service, sales goals, teamwork, inclusivity, and a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex, non-guaranteed-hours position requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
