About The Position
The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. The associate supports promotional setups and event execution, provides support for outstanding client experiences and sales goals, promotes inclusivity and teamwork, and follows company policies to help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, requiring 4–14 hours per week as needed. Associates must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance. The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
