About The Position

N1 is hiring an Operations Associate to lead key internal operations, external initiatives, and special projects, working directly with the executive team. The role supports company-wide planning and includes building internal systems and tools, legal operations, financial operations, administrative operations, and special projects. Responsibilities are dynamic and may span many areas of the company. Full-time and part-time arrangements are available.

Requirements

• Proven track record in an operations-related role.
• Experience leading, planning, managing, and executing large-scale projects.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• High energy.
• Genuine enthusiasm for a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Exceptional communication skills.
