Operations Associate

Minerva•New York, NY
•$95,000 - $121,000•Onsite

About The Position

Minerva is hiring a generalist Operations Associate to support a growing team across New York and other countries. The role runs and improves processes used across the company, including access and equipment management, vendor and contract tracking, written procedures, new-hire onboarding logistics, and interview scheduling. The Associate partners with the Head of Ecosystem on onboarding and recruiting logistics and works alongside an engineer to identify operational tasks that can be automated. The position reports to the COO and is based in person at the company’s Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. In the first 90 days, success means new hires are set up before their first day, interview feedback arrives on time, and the access list is current. Within six months, recurring processes should be documented and at least three should have been automated in partnership with the engineer, based on the Associate’s recommendations. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong follow-through and organization, clear communication, everyday use of AI tools and discretion with personal and candidate information. Candidates must be in New York City or willing to relocate and authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is considered case by case. The base salary range is $95,000–$121,000, depending on experience, with equity. Full-time benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, a monthly fitness stipend, and an annual company offsite.
