About The Position

The Kith Operations Associate is responsible for moving merchandise from the central delivery point to the retail sales floor. Working with the Operations Management team, the Associate helps keep store operations efficient and effective and supports back-of-house organization and upkeep. The role also contributes to product availability, customer service, store cleanliness, and inventory and merchandising projects.

Requirements

Open and flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Availability to consistently work weekends and support special projects, drops/releases, or other business needs.
1–2 years of experience working in a retail operations position.
Basic computer skills.
Efficient time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
Effective communication with customers, peers, or direct reports.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting and moving 25 pounds.
Ability to perform standard retail operations tasks, including bending, twisting, and climbing ladders or step stools.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Personal characteristics: organized, communicative, reliable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the product cycle.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for external and internal clients.
Work with the sales-floor team to ensure customers receive products in a timely manner.
Assist Operations Management in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Complete assigned tasks before or after regular store operating hours when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Help maintain an environment focused on exceptional, positive in-store customer service.
Maintain expert knowledge of products, company history, company policies, and store and company strategies.
Assist the store management team with housekeeping, including dusting, sweeping, collecting trash, and other standard retail operations tasks.
Participate in and assist with physical inventories as required by the business.
Assist the Merchandising team with visual initiatives as required by the business.
