Operations Associate

About The Position

Minerva is hiring an Operations Associate for its small operations team. The role keeps the processes used by employees, vendors, and candidates running smoothly and improves them over time. It covers access and equipment, vendor and contract administration, written procedures, new-hire onboarding logistics, and interview scheduling. The Associate works alongside an engineer who automates operational work and identifies processes that would benefit from automation. This role reports to the COO and works in person at Minerva’s Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is considered case by case. Success in the first 90 days means new hires are set up before their first day, interview feedback arrives on time, and the access list is current. By six months, recurring processes should be documented and at least three should have been automated with the engineer based on the Associate’s recommendations. The base salary range is $95,000–$121,000, depending on experience, with equity and benefits.
