Operations Associate (Day Shift)
About The Position
As an Entry Level Operations Associate at Triumph, you will support operations for Rips, a digital collectible trading card app. You’ll work on a growing operations team that processes, organizes, and ships Pokémon cards and other collectibles to users across the country. The role includes sorting graded cards and uploading inventory into internal systems, helping maintain user satisfaction and support business growth. Triumph is hiring for day and night shifts and notes some flexibility in scheduling; this posting is for the day shift. Employment may be contingent upon a background check. With written authorization, Triumph may obtain reports regarding employment, education, and, where job-related, criminal history.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations, processing, administrative, or other high-performance environment.
- Availability to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and speed in stressful situations.
- Resourcefulness, a strong work ethic, willingness to take on necessary tasks, and pride in work.
Responsibilities
- Pack and ship cards alongside the broader operations team.
- Sort, organize, and scan graded Pokémon cards, keeping inventory accurate and up to date.
- Upload cards into digital inventory using custom-built internal tools.
- Maintain a secure and well-organized work environment.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to help the team scale.
