About The Position

The Operations Associate supports the Operations Manager and is responsible for store operations, inventory, logistics, team coaching, loss prevention, and maintaining the store’s presentation. The role works with the REVOLVE Warehouse team and the FWRD Pop-Up team to support business needs and deliver a strong customer experience. The posting states that both full-time and part-time roles are available. For individuals hired to work in California, the stated estimated base hourly range is $21–$22.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail experience.

Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

Manage stock levels, logistics, and sell-through while the Back of House Manager is off site.
Keep the back of house organized.
Partner with the REVOLVE Warehouse team.
Assist customers and monitor client interactions with the team and technology; provide in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement.
Maintain inventory accuracy and controls in store.
Lead and train the store team to ensure consistent deliverables.
Contribute to loss prevention across the business, set expectations, and own training for the store team.
Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
Maintain the selling floor in line with brand and concept standards, and train and develop staff in visual merchandising.
Understand current culture and areas for improvement, and work with the FWRD Pop-Up team.
