About The Position

REVOLVE is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support store visual initiatives and help maintain its merchandising standards. The role works with the Assistant Visual Manager, Visual Leads, store team, and operations team to keep displays current, manage product flow, and support the sales floor. The position is based in Aventura, Florida. The listed hourly range applies to individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, so it does not specify compensation for this Florida location.

Requirements

Prior experience in a retail setting performing visual merchandising or creative duties.
An eye for detail and a passion for contemporary and designer fashion and trends.
Collaborative, team-oriented, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfort engaging with clients while providing a high level of customer service when necessary.
Computer and iPhone proficiency.
Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product weighing up to 50 lbs.
At least 2 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Assistant Visual Manager and Visual Leads in executing visual initiatives, including floor sets, event preparation, and general maintenance.
Partner with Visual Leads to keep displays current and aligned with the latest directive and standards, and communicate outstanding tasks or needs.
Manage sales-floor replenishment to support the business during busy hours.
Communicate with the store team about new products, merchandising changes, and other visual updates on the floor.
Regularly audit the sales floor to ensure displays meet REVOLVE standards.
Partner with the operations team to ensure all styles are out and product flow is managed as necessary.
